We spent 25 years working on yachts watching the same problem repeat itself. Great crew would leave and everything they know leaves with them. The next person starts from zero, learning systems, figuring out equipment quirks, discovering how things actually work on this vessel.

We thought: what if the vessel itself could remember?

We are not a software company that stumbled into yachting. We have spent decades working on yachts, and we kept watching the same problems go unsolved. Brilliant crew members would leave and take everything they knew with them. And talented engineers would spend hours every day buried in paperwork instead of doing the work they were actually hired to do.

Every yacht management tool we came across did the same thing, it took paperwork from paper and put it on a screen. Different interface, same burden.

Around us is a group of people we have worked alongside for years. Decades of hands-on experience across every system a yacht runs on. They are shaping Arran from the inside.

Every discipline, every system, every hard-learned lesson from years at sea is being fed into Arran's knowledge base, hydraulics, electrics, AV and IT, HVAC, refrigeration, shipwright work, mechanics.
